Bigger Voices, Better Lives
This year one runner Bobbi is running the London Marathon not just for themselves, but to raise money for Advocacy For All, an organisation that supports people with learning disabilities and autism.
Every step will be supporting Advocacy for All and The All Stars, an amazing project that gets people with learning disabilities active, fit and healthy. With your help, this fantastic project can continue to provide opportunities for participants to build confidence, get strong, improve mental health and enjoy the benefits of fitness. Together we can make a difference – one step at a time.
“I’m Bobbi, a Sport and Exercise Science BSc and Applied Exercise Physiology MSc graduate. I am currently the General Manager of Freedom Leisure in Bexhill, and I work as a Sport Scientist at Hastings United Football Club. I have a strong passion for health, fitness and sport. Running the London Marathon has always been on my bucket list so to finally have the privilege of running for Advocacy for All (AfA) is a great pleasure.
AfA are doing some unbelievable work in providing high-class one-to-one and groups self-advocacy across multiple locations in the South-East. I will be fundraising for The All Stars, a fantastic keep fit group for people with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum conditions. You can find out more about them on the link below:

To help such an organisation that provide a great service of self-advocacy to everybody, all free of charge, is a great privilege and I cannot wait!”
