Adam Stevens & Billy Jenkins
My Story
We are raising money in memory of Rachel Stevens who died on 7 January 2015 after a two year battle with Triple Negative Breast cancer. She was 36 years old.
Sadly, 10 years on from Rachel's death too many young women are still dying from this aggressive form of breast cancer. So, we go again to raise money to fund research that will help ensure that other young women are spared the pain and premature death which Rachel suffered.
To mark this 10 year anniversary Billy & Adam are running the London Marathon to raise money for Breast Cancer Now. They have two objectives: Raise an ambitious amount of money and complete the marathon in under four hours and live to tell the tale. All the money raised will go to supporting research at King's College London Research Unit into the cause, detection and treatment of Triple Negative Breast Cancer.
Those who knew Rachel were aware that she was in many ways exceptional, with a gift for friendship and a taste for life which is remembered and celebrated by all who knew her. 10 years on from her passing please support us to ensure that her courage will not be forgotten.
Thank you for your support.
