My Story

I'm so excited to be running the London Marathon for the 3rd time in 2025 in aid of K9 Rescue ! It feels even more special to me because this is the first time K9 Rescue have entered a big event, let alone something as big as London, and I am their only runner!

I first heard about K9 Rescue through my sister Gail, she has been friends with Michelle Jones, the founder of the charity, for over 10 years, and has just recently adopted a lovely dog from them. Through that adoption I learnt they were looking for a runner for London.  I feel privileged to be the first of what I hope will be many runners helping this deserving charity over the coming years.

Charity places in events like this come with a considerable financial investment from the charity, please help with a donation if you can to help with valuable funding but equally as importantly help spread the name K9 Rescue as far and wide as possible by sharing this page.
