My Story
Susie is running for her Type 1 warrior
All of you who know me will be aware of my Type 1 warrior and how as a family how hard we all fight daily. Some of you will not be aware how hard it ACTUALLY is. The photo and many others are still very emotional for us to look at, Amèlie met Father Christmas that day as a 3 year old girl wishing for something nice. What she didn't wish for was less than a year after this photo was taken her whole life changed and she would have a life time struggle with Type 1 Diabetes. Our daily fight to stay alive began 24/7 with not a second let up. We need to find a cure! Diabetes uk is the only family that really understands even our own families after all these years still do not truly understand. So i and all the other type 1 warriors would be so grateful if you could donate generously and help us to help the diabetes uk to find a cure and help all those warriors to live a life free of this disease. Also please donate generously if you agree I am the least likely person you would think would ever run a marathon! Thankyou
