My Story
MS is a condition I've been aware of my whole life. During my childhood my mum had various episodes where her MS would cause her to be unable to do the things she would've liked. But her determination to continue despite the difficulties meant that when her sight temporarily (thankfully) had gone while my sister and I were toddlers, her response was to study and complete a degree!
More recently my sister-in-law Lisa was also diagnosed with the condition. Despite her MS leaving her with balance issues and difficulty walking, she responded by taking the challenge of joining me in a new business venture.
The way these two wonderful women have fought through the many struggles in their daily life will definitely inspire me to fight through my 26.2 mile challenge.
Any sponsor money you can spare to help encourage me on my run and to support this charities important work, would be greatly appreciated.
