My Story

Hello,

I am honoured to say I will be running the London marathon in April 2025 for the Team Ted Foundation.

My 6 year old nephew Teddy passed away in April of this year after a brave battle with Neuroblastoma. He was so resilient throughout and will forever be an inspiration to me. As Teddy neared the end of his life, as a family we decided to spend his last days at home. This was a very difficult time but luckily we had much support to facilitate this.

No child or family should ever have to endure the pain of cancer, but we know that it sadly happens. The Team Ted Foundation's goal is to stand by these families, offering them support and comfort in this difficult period. The foundation offers the funding for memorable experiences or for essential household items and furniture to provide a comfortable and nurturing environment. 

This charity has been set up in memory of Ted, to carry on his amazing legacy. So, I am asking for everyones support in the run up to the marathon. Hope I do Ted proud!
