My Story

SATEDA a specialist domesetic abuse charity, provides a vital services for women and children in Kent.  Offering support, outreach, education and recovery to help survivors of domestic abuse rebuild their lives.

I'm in my tenth year of working with SATEDA and in that time have seen the life-changing impact of our work on women, day in, day out. One in four women will experience domestic abuse in her lifetime, and in Kent, 24,000 children are growing up in homes affected. Sadly, demand for our services increases every year, and we need to raise every penny to help over 1800 women and children every year.

This year, I'm teaming up with my mum (who's 72 years young) to run the London marathon together. Please support our challenge, to raise both awareness of the cause, and vital funds to enable SATEDA's great work to continue.
