I’m running the 2025 London Marathon in memory of my dear friend, and fellow yogi, who tragically passed away last year from a stroke. This heartbreaking moment occurred in front of my eyes while we were away with a group of close friends, and it has left an indelible mark on all of us.
In the wake of this devastating loss, I am committed to raising funds for the Brain and Spine Foundation, an organisation dedicated to supporting those affected by neurological conditions. I do this not only to honour my friend’s memory but also to support his incredible wife and children, who are navigating this grief with unimaginable strength.
Helen, my friend’s wife, is one of the most kind, caring, and resilient people I know – a devoted wife and mother who embodies grace even in the face of hardship. Running this marathon is my way of standing by her, and others like her, while raising awareness and much-needed funds for a cause that affects so many.
Every donation, no matter how small, will make a real difference. Your support means the world to me, and I am truly grateful for every penny that will help those struggling with brain and spine conditions. Thank you for being part of this journey with me
