I was lucky enough to be selected in the ballot for the 2025 London Marathon, which meant I could choose which charity to run for.
As an Athletics fan, running for the Lloyd Cowan Bursary made a lot of sense. One Britain's finest coaches has left a legacy to pass on to the next generation of athletes and coaches.
