My Story

Hi all,

I am running the London marathon 2025 on 27th April 2025.

I am running for an amazing charity Pancreatic cancer UK, who do a brilliant job raising funds to save lives against this deadly disease.

Cancer has effected me and many of my family and friends in a massive way; losing both my grandparents to the disease.

I would really appreciate any dontation big or small, it goes a massive way to help this amazing charity.

Any support will be greatly appreciated.

Wish me luck.

See below more about the amazing work the charity does with your donations:-

Finding out you have pancreatic cancer is shattering.

It is the deadliest common cancer. The brutal reality is that diagnosis comes far too late for most people. Half of people die within three months of diagnosis. So, families are left with only hope to hang on to.

But hope is not enough. The disease must be detected sooner.

And it can be.

Thanks to the work of Pancreatic Cancer UK’s dedicated team of researchers, a simple test to detect the cancer earlier is within reach. It just needs more funding.

With people running, cheering and raising funds to support this research, together we can save as many lives as runners in this great race.

We will give it our all. We won’t give up. And we will cross that finish line.
