My Story

Time to do it all again . . .

In 2014 I ran the London Marathon. It was one of the hardest things I had ever done. To even consider putting my running trainers back on it - it had to be for a worthwhile cause, it had to be fantastic charity, Head In the Game is that charity.

I've experienced first hand the amazing work they do in bridging the gap that mental health services in the UK currently can't reach. 1 in 4 people suffer from mental health issues and suicide rates are at record levels. Head in the Game uses sport to create safe and secure enviorments that enable people to safely share their emotions.

So I am more than happy to put my slightly aging body through the mill for a cause that make so much difference to people's lives! Literally every penny we raise will go to changing the lives of many. Not a penny is wasted.
