My Story

I've worked in TV & Radio since the late 80's..

From producing Chris Evans' Breakfast show, to co-writing the theme tune to Strictly Come Dancing!

To stay ahead of the middle-aged-spread, I've been entering Triathlons since 2011 and completed my first full Ironman in Nice, France this year.

This is my first standalone Marathon and I will be raising money for the brilliant, music therapy charity Nordoff & Robbins.

It's also my first time asking for donations for a solo event, so if you are able to give anything at all, thank you very very much!

About Nordoff & Robbins:

'Nordoff and Robbins is the UK's largest music therapy charity, with an approach to music therapy honed over more than six decades of practice.

We use music to enrich people’s lives

Your support can really make a difference. Music can break through when words fail. That's why we strive to bring music therapy to thousands of people with life-limiting illnesses, disabilities and feelings of isolation.

Our work can be transformative, from an adult with dementia reconnecting with family to a child with autism finding their voice.'
