My Story

This year, for some crazy reason, I have signed myself up for the London Marathon!  I have always loved fitness and sport, but this is a challenge beyond anything I have attempted before.  Most importantly, it's an amazing opportunity to raise funds for an incredible local charity…Urban Synergy. 

Urban Synergy is an award-winning youth empowerment and social mobility charity that has helped over 33,000 young people between 9-24 years of age reach their full potential. They give young people the opportunity to be successful by inspiring and guiding them with career talks, introducing mentors and securing internships. This reduces reliance on food banks, creates safer communities, opens up opportunity for people of all backgrounds and improves mental well being.
