My Story

I'm running London!!!! This is something I NEVER thought would happen. I don't know how but my husband Shawn, has convinced me to run this year's London Marathon with him.  It will certainly be a challenge as I am not a runner but the fact that I'll be supporting an amazing charity like Amref and running it with him, really adds to my motivation.

This will be Shawn's 3rd London Marathon although I think he is nuts, I understand the sense of accomplishment it brings to finish a marathon, to raise money for an amazing charity and the emotional and mental achievement to suffer through the pain of 26.2 miles and come out at the other end stronger than you started AND, I can prove to Shawn that anyone can do it :-)
