My Story

Hi there - my name is Gemma and welcome to my fundraising page.

I have signed up to take on the 2025 TCS London Marathon. It is a personal challenge for me as I had a hip replacement and I had to learn to walk again. Running doesn't come easy to me and I've suffered injuries and set backs, but I will be running it to raise vital funds for the Royal British Legion so I won't give up.

The Royal British Legion work tirelessly to ensure that those who have served are being looked after no matter what challenges they, and the country faces.

Your donation will mean they can continue to provide the life-changing support that our Armed Forces community needs and deserves. People remember them in November, but they need support every day of the year.

All donations welcome - no donation is too small.

Where could your donations go?
£10 could pay the travel costs to get a Veteran to employment related training.
£40 could provide a winter coat to keep a
Veteran warm.
£100 could pay for one day of a week's art course with Bravo 22 to aid someone's recovery and transition to civilian life by improving their confidence and motivation.
