Last year I deferred my London Marathon place as the start of the year fell apart with Dad dying followed by the mental health struggles afterwards.
This year I will run it to raise money for Rowcroft who looked after my dad so well last year through his final weeks, easing his pain and of his loved ones around him.
They did this for him but also my grandparents and so many more, just wanting to do my bit to help and support them.
