About us

This year, I am taking on a challenge unlike any other—running my first-ever London Marathon!

26.2 miles of endurance, determination, and (most likely) a fair bit of pain… but all for an incredible cause: Ark Globe Academy. As a governor at the school, I have seen firsthand the impact of education in transforming young lives. Ark Globe is more than just a school; it’s a vibrant community that nurtures potential, inspires ambition, and provides opportunities for students to thrive—no matter their background. The school’s mission is to prepare our students for university and to be leaders in their community, and I am proud to support this vision.

Every step I take on the marathon course will be dedicated to raising funds that directly support the school’s students, ensuring they have access to the best resources, enrichment activities, and opportunities to help them succeed.

This will be my first-ever marathon, and while the training has been tough, knowing that I am running for such an important cause keeps me motivated.
