My Story

Thank you for your support with my 2025 London Marathon challenge!

Childline receive a new call on average every 45 seconds. In the last year almost 200,000 childline counselling sessions were held with children and young people.

As a child, I was placed into foster care just before I turned 13 due to living in an abusive home. Now 27, I am still on my healing journey and I'm on a mission to prove that children in care and care experienced adults can go on to live fulfilling lives and this is my very small way of giving back to all those who have and those who continue to support me through life's challenges. This will be a huge physical and mental challenge for me but one I aim to document and embrace to its fullest.m

I have chosen NSPCC as it supports children who are suffering or have suffered any form of child abuse which I care deeply about. The support I received from those around me truly has shaped the person I have become.

My page donations will be sent direct to the NSPCC in a fast and secure way. Its efficient, saves time and cuts costs for the charity. Let's do this!
