My Story

In 2025 I am running the London Marathon in support of the amazing charity, Mind. They offer support, advice, and information to anyone across England and Wales struggling with their mental health, and stand up to the injustices – in healthcare, in work, in law – which makes life harder.

This is a cause very close to my heart, after experiencing my own periods of mental struggles, and witnessing people in my life go through their own too.

It's so easy to put up barriers and pretend like everything is fine, but that's not a sustainable way to live. Our mental state needs caring for the same way our physical one does.

Now as a father, I want my young son to grow up understanding how crucial it is to take care of our minds and body, and I hope I can be a positive example for this.

I've found running to be a great way to allow my brain the space to process experiences, and also care for my body at the same time.

Any donation, no matter how small, is hugely appreciated to help fight the cause! Thank you.

Keep an eye on this page to see my latest trailing activities show through Strava as the weeks progress! :)
