My Story

I’m passionate about the Gardens Trust's work helping make sure that the  historic parks and gardens we all love can be enjoyed by future generations too. Most people will visit a historic park or garden at least once a week, either walking through it on the way to work, exercising the dog, or meeting up with friends and family - I would love for everyone to celebrate these living works of art and help look after them for the future! The Gardens Trust is a small independent charity with big ambitions but increasingly limited public funding, so as its Head of Operations and Strategy I'm pulling out all the stops to help raise funds in any way I can. Not previously a runner, I decided to run the marathon in an act of giddiness and am now on a couch to marathon adventure!
