I'm doing this because I was told by medics that I can't.
For years, I suffered excruciating back pain, had regular injections and steroids, had to stop exercising, walked using crutches at times and generally became unfit and unhealthy.
Then lockdown hit and I began to take my life back, as I had no choice but to try and become both mobile and healthy again.
Since then, I've cycled for Children in Need and run a Half Marathon for Breast Cancer Now.
This is the biggest challenge of my life. I've no idea how I will cross that line but I WILL cross that line!
The London Marathon is not only a challenge but the biggest milestone that I will ever conquer. Please help me raise money for Henshaws and help motivate me to cross that finish line.
Why Henshaws?
Henshaws is a charity that pride themselves on making a difference to those who are living with sight loss and a range of other disabilities.
