My Story
As many of you may (or may not) know, my beautiful Mumma was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease last year, a condition that affects the brain and nerves.
Despite the shock and pain that we all felt from the diagnosis, we are continuing life with positivity and feel extremely lucky that so far the progression is slow and that we have such incredible support from our family and friends.
I want to do anything I can to support her and others who are affected by neurological or neurodegenerative conditions and so next year I am running the 2025 London Marathon for Brain Research UK. Brain Research UK is the UK's leading national funder dedicated to research into neurological conditions.
I will also be running in loving memory of Amelia. ❤️ This charity invests their funds in epilepsy research, to help understand the condition and why it occurs, improve treatments and work towards a cure.
Please help me to make a difference - your support means that we can continue to fund life-changing research so that people living with neurological conditions can live better, for longer.
We will not let MND get in our way, let's do this! ❤️
