My Story
On the 27th April 2025, I will be running the London Marathon to raise much needed funds for the mental health charity South East and Central Essex Mind.
South East and Central Essex Mind provide supported housing, counselling for both adults and children, mental health training and signposting. We serve South East Essex area helping support the local community with their mental health. We are affiliated to the National Mind charity however we are financially independent.
