My Story

A proud one for me, as I take on the London Marathon in April. 

But, whilst the runner in me is overjoyed, my 26.2 miles around the capital represents a greater cause, as I raise money for Jigsaw4u. 

Jigsaw4u is an independent mental health and wellbeing charity, who provide specialist therapeutic support for children, young people and families experiencing social and emotional difficulties.

This can range from bereavement, depression, anxiety, being a young victim of crime, living in the care system, suicide support, domestic abuse, and so much more. 

Having been a young victim of crime myself, I cannot think of a charity that better reflects the desired change I want to see in my home, London. 

Any donations are much appreciated, and can help continue support individuals beyond the 67,000 that have already had their lives 'put back together' by the legends at Jigsaw4u.
