Peter Govan fundraising page

My Story
My dad passed away in March of this year, after a battle with cancer.
He spent his final weeks in the Ayrshire hospice. The supportive/caring environment provided was of real comfort to my family and I.
The care he received by the incredible team there was truly awe inspiring.
I wasn't going to set up a fundraising page as I know times are tough for everyone... however after my experience with dads care I have a new found appreciation and respect for the support provided, especially when it's needed the most.
Anyone that knows me is aware I am a bit more John Daly than Mo farah but if I can give back in anyway, even just a little. I feel it is the least I can do. London marathon is an opportunity for me to do so!
I am running in memory of my Dad and as thanks to all who showed him respect and dignity in the care provided to him towards the end.
Anything you can give is greatly appreciated 🙏
