My Story

I’m running the London Marathon in 2025 for a cause that’s incredibly close to my heart. My dad is currently receiving nursing care as he lives with Alzheimer’s, and I’ve seen first-hand the impact this cruel disease has had — not just on him, but on our whole family.

Watching someone you love slowly lose pieces of who they are is devastating. It affects everything — from daily routines to cherished relationships — and no family is ever truly prepared for the emotional toll it takes. We’re doing everything we can to support him and make sure he’s cared for with dignity and love.

But beyond that, I’m running to raise awareness and funds in the hope that future generations won’t have to go through what we’re experiencing. Whether it’s finding a cure or even just better treatment options, we have to keep pushing forward. Every step I take in training and on race day is for him — and for every family facing this in the future.

Our company is proudly sponsoring me, and we’d be so grateful if you would consider supporting us too. Together, we can raise as much as possible to fight this cruel disease and help bring hope to families like mine.
