My Story

Hey all, 

I am so excited to announce that I will be running the London Marathon for a second time but this time I will be fundraising for the amazing organisation that I work for - Runnymede Trust. I will also be running alongside two people whom I consider two of my closest friends - Seun and Harrison. 

For over 50 years, the Runnymede Trust has been highlighting racism that occurs in our society. We see from recent events, such as the riots over summer or the unfair preventable deaths of people of colour due to housing or healthcare that racism is still deeply engrained in everyday lives. I am honoured to work for such an organisation and through raising money, we will be able to have more power and autonomy over conducting research and policy outputs. Step by step and day by day, we are working to better society and highlight racial inequality.
