About me
Hello Everyone a little bit about me I am 39 years young I will be celebrating my 40th at the end of the year, I live with my beautiful Daughter who's 6 and my old boy pooch Rylie so they all ready keep me very busy. My professional job that I have done for many years is a senior pharmacy technician for ward based services which I thoroughly enjoy every day I thrive in helping patients asI play a vital role when providing patient care.
My running journey began in January 2023 when I just sat down one day and thought I really need to make myself fitter and healthier so I went for a 2k run and progressed further and before i knew it i was signed up for a 10 miler which I completed in March 2024 then a half marathon which i completed in may 2023 i then entered the ballot for the london marathon 2024 and as always I didnt get a ballot place but I was so determined that I wanted to make this happen so it was a privilege that Phab charity excepted my application and what a wonderful journey it has been ever since within this journey I have been on I have found happiness and love for myself taking care and being kind to myself has been so important to me. London marathon 2024 was such an amazing experience and I am so honoured to be able to do it all again for a fantastic well supported charity they are such an amazing charity to work along side and I'm looking forward to raising funds again to provide this charity with all the support they require in this very troubled world.
Reading ABOUT US just sums up how amazing we are as theres so much dedication that goes into fundraising events and dedicating and prepping yourself for a marathon you have to change what you eat, keep yourself well hydrated and strength work in all the mix of the long and short runs that have to planned it's a lot of hard work, strength and persistence such an amazing achievement and I'm so proud and honoured to of been and currently be part of it all again as I just want to make a positive impact on peoples lives so they are free, happy and full of life.

The London Marathon has become an annual, inspiring and colourful fixture in the world’s sporting calendar since the inaugural race on 29 March 1981: a celebration of fun, fundraising and fancy dress.
Over the years more than a million people have completed the 26.2-mile course – which runs from Blackheath to The Mall, with a spectacular finish in front of Buckingham Palace, showcasing the very best that the capital city has to offer.
What’s more, these participants have raised over a billion pounds for charity and there have been countless amazing tales of human achievement throughout the event’s history – living up to its aim of helping participants ‘to have fun, and provide some happiness and sense of achievement in a troubled world’.
