SIG Pathways to Independence

SIG Pathways to Independence

SIG Pathways to Independence works across Kent and Medway, supporting vulnerable single people experiencing homelessness and social and health inequalities with multiple complex support needs. We specialise in working with people in the criminal justice system, people who have committed offences, and people who may have been homeless and spent time in prison.

We help people to improve opportunities, develop fulfilled and settled lives within their local community, and avoid re-entering homelessness or prison. We provide temporary and supported accommodation, education, employment, training, advice and counselling, a peer mentoring service, a Rough Sleeper Initiative, and brokerage to other support and care services.
